While attempting to complete our purchase, the system went down. We waited over 10 minutes calmly and without complaint. During this delay, the cashier was eating food behind the counter, which is both unsanitary and inappropriate in any establishment that sells food. This alone raises concerns about cleanliness and basic operational standards. Rather than communicating professionally or showing any level of courtesy, the cashier became visibly irritated. She then threw our items onto the ground, an action that was not only disrespectful but openly hostile. She followed this by stating, “I have a headache because of you,” in a rude and confrontational manner. This comment was completely out of line and constitutes unacceptable customer treatment, particularly given that the issue was not caused by us. After already subjecting us to unnecessary delay and disrespect, the cashier then allowed other customers to move ahead of us, despite the fact that we had been waiting the longest. This showed a clear lack of fairness, accountability, and basic customer service protocol. The combination of unsanitary behavior, aggressive conduct, disparaging remarks, and poor queue management makes this one of the worst retail experiences I have had. This location clearly lacks adequate supervision and staff training. I will not return, and I strongly urge management to take immediate corrective action, as this level of conduct should not be tolerated in any customer-”

The only reason I didn’t give this place a 1 star is because of the big tall lady who is nice and possibly the only one who takes her job seriously”
